Black Duck Software

Challanges

The Product team had identified a potential market opportunity and wanted to explore it using a controlled investment.

Solution

Prela brought their product development expertise to Black Duck in two phases: a quick 4 week proof-of-concept to demonstrate the technology and flow of the application, and a second phase of 3 months to deliver an alpha version for the first three trial customers

Arcadia Solutions

Sahna Healthcare

Challanges

Sahna is a healthcare company that received a large contract to service a Global 1,000 company. They needed to develop a custom EMR system on a very tight deadline to process the nearly 130,000 clients that they were now servicing.

Solution

Prela built them an EMR system that allowed their employees to quickly and easily process new clients. The system was intuitive and required little to no training for their employees to operate, resulting in a smooth transition despite the new influx of business.
